By playing Fletch! you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

If you downloaded Fletch! from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and Jogiba Games, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game, and where these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the Standard EULA prevails for the App Store version.

The game

Fletch! is provided free of charge for personal entertainment, as-is and without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including levels, modes and rewards.

Your progress

Progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in, backed up to Google Firebase. We take reasonable care of that backup but cannot guarantee it against loss — clearing app data, losing account access or a service outage can all cost progress. In-game currency, hints and streaks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Subscriptions

• Ad-free plans and Fletch Club are subscriptions billed through the store you installed the game from: Google Play on Android, or your Apple Account through the App Store on iPhone.
• What Remove Ads covers: it removes the forced ads shown between levels. It does not remove the optional rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for a hint or a heart refill — those stay available so you can still earn those rewards for free. The same applies to the ad-free benefit included with Fletch Club.
• They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. On Android, manage or cancel them in Google Play → Subscriptions. On iPhone, manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or from the Manage subscription link in the game's subscription sheet); your Apple Account is charged when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal.
• Refunds are handled by the store that billed you under its own policy: Google Play on Android, Apple on iPhone (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• A subscription grants access to features while it is active. If it lapses, ads return and member-only modes lock again; your progress is untouched.

Fair use

Do not modify the game, tamper with saves or purchases, use automated tools to play, or attempt to interfere with other players' data or the game's online features. We may remove access or reset the affected data where we find this.

Advertising

The game shows two kinds of ads. Interstitials appear on their own between levels; an ad-free subscription removes these entirely, and they never appear during the first 15 levels or in the middle of a puzzle. Rewarded videos are never forced — you only ever see one after choosing to watch it in exchange for a hint or a heart refill, and they remain available on every plan, including paid ones.

Never click ads you are not genuinely interested in; artificial clicks harm advertisers and can cost us our ad account.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
